1. Material Assistant
- No of posts: 03 [UR-02, OBC-01]
- Pay Scale: Rs 29200/-
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University.
OR
Diploma in Material Management from any recognized Institution.
OR
Diploma in Engineering in any discipline from any recognized Institution.
2. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
- No of posts: 03 [UR-02, SC-01]
- Pay Scale: Rs 19900
Educational Qualification: 12th Class Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
3. Tradesman Mate
- No of posts: 150 [UR-94, OBC-31, SC-25]
- Pay Scale: Rs 18000/-
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board.
Physical Measurement:
- (i) Height without shoes 165 cms.
- (ii) Chest (unexpanded) 81.5 cms
- (iii) Chest (expanded) 85 cms.
- (iv) Weight-50 Kgs
4. MTS (Gardener & Messenger)
- No of posts: 03 [UR]
- Pay Scale: Rs 18000/-
Vacancy Details:
- Gardener - 2 posts
- Messenger - 1 post
Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized board.
Desirable: Conversant with the duties of the respective trades with one year’s experience in the trade.
5. Draughtsman
- No of posts: 01 [UR]
- Pay Scale: Rs 25500/-
Educational Qualification:
(i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board / University.
(ii) Two years diploma / certificate in Draughtsmanship (Civil) from any Industrial Training Institute or equivalent recognized Institution.
Desirable: One year experience in the line.

- Material Assistant: 18 to 27 years.
- Other Posts: 18 to 25 years
Age Relaxation: Category wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.
- OBC: 3 Years
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- ESM: Total service rendered in armed force + 3 years
- PH (UR): 10 years
- PH (SC): 15 Years
- PH (ST): 15 Years
- PH (OBC): 13 Years

In case of candidates belonging to Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Sikkim, Laddakh Sub Division of Jammu and Kashmir state, Lahaul & Spiti District of Pangi Sub Division of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Island & Lakshadeep last date for receipt of application shall be 28 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
Documents to be Sent with Ministry of Defence Application Form
The photocopy of the following documents/certificates to be attached alongwith application duly self-attested :-
(a) Two passport size latest photographs duly self attested, one on right corner of application and one on Acknowledgement card.
(b) Attested copies of the following certificates will also be submitted with application:-
- (i) Education Qualification Certificate.
- (ii) Date of Birth Certificate
- (iii) Caste Certificate where applicable.
- (iv) Discharge certificate for Ex-Serviceman or NOC from the competent authority for serving Defence Personnel who are completing the prescribed period of Army services within a year from the last date for receiving application.
(c) Medical certificate (format attached) issued by Central / State Government medical board consisting of at least three members out of which at least one shall be a specialist in the particular field for assessing locomotor / cerebral / visual / hearing disability and certifying the percentage of disability (i.e. 40% and above).
(d) Self addressed envelope affixing postal stamps of Rs 25/- .
